Hello,
I had to move my graphics card from top PCIe 16x to the next PCIe 16x and it seemed to be doing fine until I tried to benchmark it or play a game. My whole screen go wack and the whole computer fezzes. I've tried it in the 16x (half pin slots) and it ran fine yet I would want it to be in a true 16x full pin slot. I've never used this slot before. Any idea why this would be happening? Maybe I have to config something in BIO's?
I've looked more into this and I've notice the Bus type is 3.0 x16 and its running at 2.0 x16 (in both slots where I was thinking it was running 2.0 only when changing to the lower slot.
Mobo = SaberTooth 990FX r2.0
Grahpic card = Sapphire 280x 3G Tri Toxic
