Microsoft tech support installed win 10 on my C and D drives. I asked them to remove the D drive version, they said sure... lets make a recovery disk first just in case. Then they asked do you have an external drive with a lot of space... i said yes, i have a 5TB external drive it has important data on it but there is plenty of space so long as you do not mess with the existing data it is my largest drive... he said fine we will use that and it will not mess with your current files on the drive. Well he started the recovery drive and said it would take a while so he would call me back! He never called back and as you know it wiped out all my data! FUCK!!! Is there a way to undo the recovery drive and recover the data on the 5TB drive.???? THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE!
