Okay, I have done this before, used one HDD as the main in this case a laptop, SSD ( Fresh win 7 64 )
Then put all the "user folders" on the second drive,
I just do not recall having this issue,
I do this by making a folder on the second drive "P" and name the folder lets say "cat" so the address is "P:\cat"
I allow the relocation to create the new user folder for example P:\cat\my Documents\
However, if I go into that folder and take a look at the new address it reads,
"P:\cat\Documents\dog toys" the "MY" isn't not in the address but in the folders name...is that correct?
Second part of my issues,
When I click start then the user name lets say c:\ruby in that appears the user folders I relocated to P:\cat\ ..that normal, they go to the new location but there are some new folders, music pictures roaming and video,
Roaming seems to be fine, I can open it but pictures, music and videos do not have the "my" in front of them and if I try to open them I get "access is denied" if I try to delete them I get the do I really want to when I click that I really want to delete it tells me I must have administrative permission to do that, I am a admin...so please someone more savvy on this that me help me out here, I guess I wouldn't care so much of not for the fact that the folder move caused the new folders to appear and I can not access or delete them....many thanks,
