Antec NeoEco II...safe for OC or not?

Hi..i was finding the perfect budget PSU for myself in a site and i found this nice, relatively cheap Antec NeoEco II 450w. I was searching only for tier 2 PSUs from the PSU tier list, i know Antec is a well known brand, but i saw that the neoeco II hasnt been reviewed or analysed yet. So im asking you people whether that PSU is safe to OC a G3258 and gtx750ti.
The Antec NeoEco II is 80+ Bronze certified.

To overclock that setup there will be no problem at all mate.

Big 12v rail for a 450w & almost 99.999999% sure its a delta unit so is ultimately good quality
