We have crappy power in my country and sometimes our neighbors uses jumpers to steal electricity resulting to power loss. I have already 2 UPS at my disposal but these are pretty small 290 watts and 325 watts. Now my specs... intel core i7 3770ki, MSI Z77MAG45, 8GB Kingston fury x, 1tb Seagate HDD, Asus Strix GTX 960 4GB and my PSU: http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001858

I know it is not silver, bronze or whatever but it is better than my cousin's VS 650 which crapped out. Main problem...

I want to get this new UPS: http://www.autechnologies.com/ups-power-backups-ups-intex-ups-1500va-pakistan-p.2440.aspx

Yes it's enough, however I've never heard of Intex. The brands to look for are APC and Cyberpower (I also have an Eaton that's still kicking 5 years after purchase). Most UPSes are rated to run at 5 minutes (max power output) so you should have enough time for proper shutdown. However you should get a Line-Interactive or Online UPS as those protect from voltage spikes.
