Where can i find overclocking option in asus z97-p bios

So i have intel g3258 and asus z97-p and 700w power.

The problem is that i cant find overclocking option in my bios... Help?
And tell me what is good ghz for my cpu :)

On the ASUS Z97-P you'll most likely have to go to the UEFI BIOS Utility, the manual that comes with your motherboard should tell you how to access that section.
