Will the new Nvidia 1080/1070 fit in my Zalman Mid-Tower Z11 Plus HF1?

It will accept a card up to 11.4" long. As I write this, there are no 1070s released yet. And you don't specify which make or model, anyway. However, I can't imaging that 11.4" being much of a restriction.

The best way to be sure is to check the specs of the card you decide on as to its length. Then see if it is less than 11.4" and if the power headers are on the end or the side of the card.
