Had a call from what I think maybe a hacker claiming to be a Microsoft advisor saying that because services have stopped if I don't purchase their service of cleaning and securing my computer they will stop all my windows operating systems linked to my address from working. I refused to pay the 169 pounds for their service that they requested and my laptop power off immediatly. I have tried restarting the services but in config they are still showing to be stopped and the enable all and apply are greyed out. Have I been duped and how do I sort my system out.
