I was playing a game and then my pc crashed and started rebooting 3-4 times until I got to this screen:
I was only able to boot into safe mode.
I then reformatted and was able to boot without safe mode.
And then I started installing my graphics drivers and the same thing happened (rebooted 3-4 times until "Recovery" screen).
I removed the graphics card and reinserted the CMOS battery. And it booted without safe mode.
