Installed windows via wrong SATA port?

Hi to all, I think I might have done a silly mistake without realizing it until now and I've only got my SSD last month.

Recently when I try to explore further in BIOS screen, I notice 2 things in my SATA controller setting:
1. First option stating something like "Set the controller type for PORT 0-3"
2. Second option stating something like "Set the controller type for 4/5"

Where AHCI only available on port 0-3 and SATA for port 4 and 5.

My problem is, my SSD is on port 5 when I install windows 7 (Just upgraded to win10 last 2days), So i tried unplug the SSD and plug in to port 0 to 3 and boot, but system can't detect any boot device.

My question is:
1. Do I need to plug my SSD to one of the port 0 to 3 just to get my SSD to full potential?
2. If need to plug to port 0 to 3, how to fix the no boot device detected issue?
3. We can't simply change port? Like once I use port 5 and install OS I can't simply change port?

System spec as follow:
FX6300
Gigabyte GA970-DS3P
Samsung 850 evo 240gb
R9 280

Thanks in advance!

Hi, thanks for the reply. I actually accidentally clicked select your solution as answer and don't know how to undo it.

Anyway, is there any other solution without doing a clean install because I don't have a win10 copy, I upgrade it from a genuine win7 license. Also when I plug the SSD from port 0-3, my system doesn't detect any SSD storage at all. Is this normal?

Just in case there are someone as stupid as me, I've just found out the problem.

I forgotten that I power down the rest of the SATA port in the BIOS. Just power up all the SATA port and everything works just fine.:D
