Every settings minimum maybe 15-25FPS.
Hard to say for sure given the game is only 28 hours old, but looking at the min specs.

Well both, its a very weak dual core APU.
Not only does it not meet the processor requirements, but the integrated graphics dont meet the requirements for the GPU either.
