Hello, I'm thinking of building a PC with these..

Proc : AMD Vishera FX-9590
Mobo : Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
RAM : Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Black 16GB (2x8GB)
Memory : OCZ Trion 100 480GB
VGA : Sapphire Radeon R9 380 4G GDDR5
PSU : SEGOTEP Gaming PSU 1000W - GP1100G

I just wanna make sure if everything will work just fine. I'm pretty new on this gaming PC stuff :(

oh, any suggestion on what should I replace it with? :??:
My overall budget is around $1100.. but if I could get a better one with a cheaper price, then it's great!
The budget includes CPU, RAM, Mobo, Memory, VGA, Monitor, PSU, and a Casing

Oh the build seems nice :D I was thinking of getting myself a GTX1070 too
Can the CPU be replaced with an AMD? I'm trying to get a build with an AMD CPU :)

Yep, I'm planning to overclock it :D
If I could get all of them, it'd be nice! But if I have to pick, I'm going for the FPS and Quality settings. And yes, I'll be using it for CAD too

It will perform much worse with an AMDecember cpu. If you're dead set on using one you should wait until their new line drops. As I said the FX series of processors is really old and has no upgrade path. The icp is such that the i3-6100 outperforms the 9590 in a large amount of games
