Corsair Value Select DDR4 RAM over Corsair Vengeance or HyperX Fury DDR4 RAM?

Well, the title sums up my doubt, but I'll go in detail. I'm planing to upgrade from an AMD AM3+ build to an Intel Skylake CPU (the 6600k), so I've been baffling around this for a time. Since I was only planning on changing my MOBO and CPU, I was considering to get a Z170 board that supports DDR3 to save some money and reuse my old DDR3 4GB HyperX Fury RAM sticks. But then I found the Corsair Value Select 2133 mhz RAM which is pretty cheap compared to other DDR4 value options like the Corsair Vengeance or the HyperX Fury at the same clock speeds(in my country I found the value 4GB stick is around 18dlls, making 36 dlls for 8GB kit, while the Vengeance or the HyperX 8GB DDR4 kit is around 50 to 70 dlls, depending on the seller)

Should I go for a DDR4 compatible Z170 MOBO with that Corsair Value RAM? Or should I go for the DDR3 compatible Z170? Or maybe should I wait and get the other DDR4 options like the Vengeance or the HyperX Fury? Is there going to be a notable difference of performance with any of the three options?

Solution
I'd go the DDR4, it will leave open to upgrade down the road, also Skylake CPUs are designed for DDR4, the backward compatibility is OK, but most all DDR3L is of lower data rates and this is designed for 2133 and up
