So, i'm thinking of selling my computer parts and buy a new one. How much does it worth?

CPU
Intel Core i5 750 2.67GHz

RAM
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600MHz (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)
Motherboard
Intel Corporation DP55WG (LGA 1156)
+ A 430Watt PSU
(And a Cooler Master case which name's I don't know)

Solution
i5 750 is now available for around 140$ and its performance is equivalent or lesser to an i3 4130. So you should sell it for around 60-80$.
RAM doesnt makes any difference whether old or new, but an old item loses its value thus you have to hope for around 15-20$ for it.
The motherboard you have is a nice one and you should easily get around 80-100$ for it, new one costs 180$ currently.
As you neither know your PSU model nor your Case's model we will take around 30-40$ for both of them.
Total you can hope for anywhere between 190$ to 240$

Thank you very much! So I was thinking to build a gaming pc with an i3 6100, mobo Gigabyte H110M-S2H, case Cougar Spike, ram HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4-2400MHz (HX424C15FBK2/8). What do you think? I already have a graphics card (GTX 750 Ti) and then I would sell it and buy a GTX 960 4GB.

Gigabyte H110M-A should be a better choice given that the I/O connections are better on it as well as its considerably cheaper and doesnt compromises on performance too. For cabinet, Thermaltake Versa H25 is much better as it has better cable routing options and many more features and costs only 5$ more than Cougar Spike. RAM is perfect as long as its above 2133 Mhz speed. And about the GPU i think you should rather wait for GTX 1050 release. GTX 1080 and 1070 are already announced and GTX 1050 will get announced around the end of this year. Also GTX 1050 will cost equal to an GTX 960 4GB but will provide performance greater than a GTX 970. If you cant wait for that then you are good to go with a GTX 960 4GB (get the Asus Model).
