So this started a week ago , all was working well and when I turned off my PC , it said
"USB DEVICE OVER CURRENT STATUS DETECTED. Shutting down in 15 seconds".

I tried these and still not working :??: :
- Unplugged everything from the back usb ports except for the keyboard and mouse, then when i turned on , still not working soI unplugged both also.Still did not work
- Removed the front usb ports from the motherboard.
- Removed the CMOS battery for 5-10 seconds and also the jumper to enter BIOS,still can't enter bios to reset

My motherboard is ASUS . It will be very helpful if you respond :)

sounds like a common issue with asus. one thing I would check would be very carefully look into all the usb connectors. make sure there is no pins or debris touching each other or any pieces of metal stuck in one. you could even try taking a usb device while computer is unplugged and inserting it into each plug individually mabe it will clear something out of the issue port. also mabe blow some air into each port to make sure there clean. that would be my guess. overcurrent protection usually means theres a short somewhere.
