I have a powercolor pcs+ r9 390 graphics card that seems to have the issue of the fans never running even when the temperature rises well above 80C. When used, the graphics card works and runs but since it is never cooled by the fans the whole system is shut down at 100C. I have tried going into MSI afterburner to manually control the fan speeds but even when set to 100%, the fans do not spin. I have tried installing many different versions of the AMD drivers including old ones that were supposed to not have issues with fans but to no avail, the fans still dont spin. My PSU is a corsair cx750M and i have a H61M-VG4 mobo. I run Windows 10 64-bit currently and am just looking to a solution to this problem as i have tried many many different things to try to use this card as it is a HUGE upgrade to my system which currently sports a GTX 560ti.
