Windows System Assessment Tool has stopped working

Hello, i reinstalled windows 7 x64 Ultimate recently and i am unable to establish Windows Experience Index, it stops at "Running the Dirct3D 10 Batch Assessment" and error pops up. Here are the details:

My GPU drivers are up to date

Also very similar error shows when i try to launch almost any game "Fault Module Name: nvwgf2umx.dll". I reinstalled that file but it still does the same.

Any help is appreciated

Yes i did. I just ran a disc check and it got stuck at one file and it didnt continue.
I wonder if my disk is not getting old, but why wouldnt only this file work.

Uninstall NVidia drivers completely, restart, install NVidia drivers fresh.
After that you can also run a command prompt as administrator and do a "sfc /scannow" (without quotes).
