Need help with parts compatibility check

I want to build a computer on my own and i've made a list but i still don't know for sure if these parts go together. Could you offer some advice ??
Here's the part list:

Intel Core i7-6700K Box
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
Asus Z170-DELUXE
HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4-2400MHz
Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
Western Digital Blue 3TB
Asus GeForce GTX970 4GB DirectCU II (90YV07F1-M0NA00)
Pioneer BDR-209D
Corsair RMx Series 650W
Fractal Design Define R5
Asus VG248QE
Razer Widow Chroma Mecha

Suggestions about components of the same performance with lower price are also accepted

Their a ton of bad reviews on that board.
Their also no reson to spend 300 bucks on a motherboard.
I would look at the Gygabyte Z170 gaming 5.
Use the savings and buy a GTX 1070 when released the 10th of next month.

also get a better cooler for i7 6700K, that CPU deserves better

I would get a Cryorig H7 or5 but the 212 will work.
