Gskill rip jaws ddr4 2400 ram
Msi r9 390 video card
Most of the time this build will not post. I get 4f q code. Every so often it will post to bios, even rarer it will load windows. I have cleared the cmos, tried both stick of ram in different slots, I'm completely lost at this point.

Try booting with a single stick, and here's for BIOS and drivers:
