That's not a gaming PC it doesn't have a Dedicated GPU (essentially what makes it "Gaming"). Your best bet is a GTX 750 TI which is known to work with "shitty No Brand Power Supply's" But get one without any extra PCI-E Power Connectors. That will give you the biggest FPS bump, that APU will look like a toy after the upgrade.

Anything for that Budget will be just as bad, get this:
( http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclock-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-3753-KR/dp/B00IDG3IDO/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1394463421&sr=8-1-fkmr0&tag=viglink20237-20 )

You can get a 1500$ PC, but without a GPU it wont run games, the GPU does most of the legwork. Here's a guide on how to install a GPU:

The GPU I picked out will not need any cables, just plug into your motherboard. After that plug your monitor into the back of the card, not the motherboard! Afterwards get the drivers of the site. You can also ask any PC shop to do it for you, for a price.
