i usually play in controller but every 2 min i get massive fps and when i move the mouse it goes away i have the latest nividia update but it keep happening

decrease and when i move it the mouse it goes back to normal

Try with a different mouse, if mouse is internal damaged they can even blue screen a pc.
Maybe has polling rate issues.
