Wait so if you uninstall the drivers, you can still see your screen? I thought that if you uninstalled drivers, the screen will turn off. And how/where can i uninstall the drivers?

Nope, the drivers allow for the card to function fully, without them it acts as a basic display adapter.
There are plenty of video tutorials that would probably do a better job at explaining it than me, but if you go into Nvidia control panel, or CCC (Nvidia vs AMD) there should be an uninstall option.

I know this may sound weird, but I actually have a Windows disc purchased from Microcenter. It says "Windows 10 for OEM" next to the product key. Yet, it seems to be retail since I have clean installed it on my own motherboard and new one.
