My USB wont work please help!

Hey there, IShotLightning.

Generally you shouldn't need any additional drivers for USB 3.0 flash drives, however I do agree that sometimes USB 3.0 devices or USB 2.0 devices have compatibility issues with USB 3.0 ports, which can sometimes be fixes by a simple OS update. You should also follow @sanzufin advice and try the device with a different computer, to see if the same thing happens.

You should also check if the flash drive is recognized by Disk Management and Device Manager.
