How good will this build preform

Solution
Oh. Well, in that case, it will perform fine. If you're playing at 1080p I doubt you'll see sub-60FPS in any game at any settings except complete max. The only problem will be the HDD. It's a 5400RPM drive which are quite slow so you may experience longer than average load times.

Also, a couple of games (namely Fallout 4 and Batman: Arkham Knight) have had issues because their engines are so inefficient that they can't load areas fast enough, resulting in actual FPS drops and some freezing. Keep in mind that this can only be fixed by putting them on an SSD, I'm just mentioning this as the 5400RPM drive will increase the severity of this issue.
You're better off going with this:

It is dad's gift precious thing for you take care of it
Coming to point
It is okay for now but after few months upgrade GPU to GTX1070 or GTX1080 depending on your budget and throw in 8GB of RAM more if required. After that upgrade it will last long.
