4.2ghz 1.155V getting as high as 90c in prime95. CpuZ Core Voltage says 1.328 is that right or have i messed up?

Some versions of prime cause overheating.
Try using a different benchmark such as super pi or cinebench. If you get similar temperatures, you are definitely running too hot,
Watercooling should be plenty. Check thermal paste, pump, fans etc.

Once you have your cooling sorted, check your Vcore: 1.33V is too much - will reduce the life of your CPU. Set Vcore in bios to 1.25V (don't leave it set to Auto). See how fast your CPU will run now. Should be at least 4.4Ghz

Will try a different benchmark, but the Vcore in the bios is set to 1.1V 4.1Ghz and it wont go higher and be stabelno matter how much power i try to pump it with. CPU-Z says 1.33V, and right after i did prime the first time i remembered that i havent changet paste in 3 years and that could be the problem but no.. My idel temps are 28c so my fans are doing what they are suppose to. could i just have a really shitty i7 or am i doing something wrong?
