My question is will my Dual Core E5700 3.00GHZ bottleneck the Zotac Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2gb? If yes, to what extent? How much impact it would cause in playing modern games?

Solution
Yeah in some CPU intensive games it might do - but understand, thats not such a bad thing, the 750 ti will go as fast as your CPU can deliver data to it. Its not like a worse GPU would somehow be better for you.
I would of figured that card and chip is a decent match ?? like rob said theres a few things that come in to play on how the game / program is handled cpu bound or gpu bound ??

even with higher end or newere parts its the same story just try for your best balance [opinion]

Yeah cause with that card im playing Far Cry 4 maxed out on 40-55 FPS. Cannot see any bottleneck there even toh it needs an i5
