Is it good for streaming, video editing, and gaming? Is the cpu cooler, motherboard and PSU good enough? What do i need to fix?

Does the build looks good? It's my first time to build a computer so I don't know if the parts I chose are good or not :(

BTW: I will buy it when the 1070 come out so the price of the 970 goes down. I might get 1070 but my budget is limited.

Your build is great for gaming, and okay for light editing and streaming. Most users put in an I7 6700k for heavier streaming and video editing. You should expect GTX 1070's to hit the market at over $400. You could do better on the PSU. This build is $100 over budget, because the I-7 costs that much more. It includes a better case and PSU. Thise two things are the foundation for the future.

Wait collect $100 more and go for it
Or
Go for GTX970 but buying GTX970 and upgrading to GTX1070 will cost much more than $100

Decision is yours

That's a good build. I would change the PSU to this one though: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220gs0650v1
It's a better built PSU and it's 99 cents cheaper!
Everything else is great. I agree with your thoughts about the 970/1070. Have fun building this!

One advice for you
Don't do the mistake that lower budget people do they spend low amount on the PC and are in requirement of regular upgrade which ultimately takes their overall price even higher than high budget build and they still some times turnup unsatisfied with their PC

Thanks for the advice!! so should i go for the i7 6700k? or i should go for the i7 6700? I will wait for the gtx 1070 to come out and see the difference between 970 and 1070 then i will decide if i should pay more to get the 1070

If you'd like the system to be quieter than the stock Intel cooler then you could pick one up. There will be no performance benefit though

That is true, but buying a $600 GPU with $400 of hardware backing it also makes absolutely zero sense.

The one thing I'd question, assuming budget is a serious consideration:
I'd go i5 (6600K?) unless video editing was "mission critical".

OP could roll with this:

but, sacrificing an I7 and the GTX 1070 is something to consider. Builds are flexible in the ether.
