So here is my current situation. I recently bought a i7 2600k, Z77 mobo, 24GB of ram, WD 2TB, and the define s. I found a JEGY GTX 770 3GB off eBay but idk if its trustworthy. Here is the Link

My second question is how much power is required? I was looking at the EVGA 700W 80+ B PSU for only $50 but I don't know if that's enough. I would like to get the 770 sli setup because its a total of $220 and the performance is near single GPUs double or triple the price. I need something about as powerful as the 770 sli but no more than $300. I want to know if those cards are trustworthy and if 700w would be enough for a 2600k & 770sli. Thanks!
