Is it possible to fit more performance into this budget?

I have a cousin who's going off to college next year and asked me to put together a desktop for him with a budget of $500 (excluding windows). He will use the desktop mostly for gaming, things like Rust, Battlefield 1, and CSGO, and school work. Since he will often be rushed to get things done during the day, he requested that I include an ssd to make sure he will be able to quickly access the computer whenever he needs to. With these things in mind, this is the build that I have come up with and I was wondering if I could possibly make this build any better (POWER SUPPLY IS FINE).

Thanks!!!

Is it fine to stick with a single stick for now and allow for him to upgrade the memory set in the future if he finds that 8gb is not enough?

Consider changing that GPU to the 380 (you're talking a literal 5% performance difference max) & you'll get a 16gb dual channel set in now.

Changed the board because that MSI is a best buy at the minute IMO at that price.
