PC Shut Down - CPU Responsible?

Hello everyone,

for the last few months I have been facing the following problem: my pc starts fine but after some minutes, even if I'm not running anything, it shuts down.

I have changed the psu, gpu and the motherboard. I even changed the cpu cooler. The last time it shut down the cpu temp was 56 celsius. I don't think that counts as overheating.

I believe it's safe to conclude that it's the cpu that's causing the shut downs. Is there a way to avoid replacing it since I don't want to spend any more money?

If you have a graphics card installed, see if it crashes with the Igpu. If not it could be a GPU or PSU problem. If it crashes without the GPU too, then you know its (probably) a PSU problem. What power supply do you have?

Thanx for the reply. Unfortunately I don't have another motherboard to test it on. I also did the trick with the rams, didn't work.
