Hello. I'm having some problems with my PC... Start of this month my PC was still running nicely and was around 30-40Celsius idle and never went higher than 60 when playing games like League of Legends, Cs:Go, Arma3 or World of Warcraft, but couple weeks ago (Around 12th of May) my computer started to slow down slowly... Week after 12th, all of the programs were using easily over 40-50% of my Disk, Memory and Network when idle and computer was running around 55celsius up to whopping 80. I do clean my computer.
I take it apart usually once a month or every next month, but just dust it around once a week. I used to play games I mentioned easily over 100-300fps (based on the game ofc) with basic settings. LoL and CsGo on High-Max with constant 200-300fps based on the map, Arma3 and WoW with Low-Medium or Medium-High around 100fps. Now any of those games seem to be locked on 15-30 fps for no reason, no matter what settings. Low? 30 fps. Medium? 30 fps. High? 30fps. Ultra? 30 fps. And every time I do anything useful in those games it drops to 15 or even lower.

System is this

Processor
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

RAM
6 GB. 2GB Kingston and 4 BG Kingston...

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit.

These worked perfectly after 12th of May when I bought myself a Drawing tablet. Wacom Intuos Art.

Solution
do disk clean up (select all option including system files { box... bottom left } ) and system defragment.... try installing all the games and those huge softwares in some other drives.. try to keep ur C drive as much as clean in can be... also disable all the startups... it should be in ur task manager if u are using win10... and also check for virus...
i guess these should do the tricks..

Did you by chance purchase the RAM separately and what dim slots do you have the memory in? Do you know the minimum RAM needed to run the Wacom Intuos Art? Could the Art pack (I'm sure you were required to download) for the Wacom be running in the background?
I think if your computer worked fine before May 12th then didn't after May 12th and the only thing that changed was the Wacom Intuos Art then that is your culprit.
6GB of RAM is low and could be causing a problem especial if they didn't come packaged together and the timing is off.

I bought both of the ram separately within 1 month of each other 2 years ago ( I'd say between July-August 2014...) as I had only 4gb ram. I bought 2gb as I heard from friends that 6gb is just enough to run game we play together. Month later the 4gb RAM broke and I had to buy new one.
EDIT: I bought the 4gb RAM exactly the same time I bought my CPU and Motherboard. August 2014. Was using Windows 7 at the time and upgraded to Windows 8 by the start of 2015 if I recall...

And this is all I found about Wacom requirements on their website.
USB port
Internet connection
CD/DVD-ROM drive
Windows® 7, 8 or 10
Mac OS X 10.8.5 or later
Corel Painter Essentials 5 – 64bit system required for Windows

The programs I use are Gimp2 and Paint Tool SAI which both needs at least 4gb if I'm gonna draw using canvas thats bigger than the resolution of my screen (1920x1080). I did uninstall all of these, Gimp, SAI and Wacom drivers and nothing really changed.
Is there a possibility that Windows 10 upgrade and/or update around 12th could've messed up my computer? It is an free upgraded version from Windows 8.1.
About my DIMM slots, my motherboard (Asrock N68-VS3 FX. Outdated as heck) has only 2. Got no other information as I've lost the manual...
