Hi,
So I have a HTC Desire 620. Now the hotspot has worked fine, bar one issue before and it's doing the same thing now. That time it just randomly worked fine one day.
So basically, my phone represents 3G with a 'H' above the up and down arrows, and represents some type of 3G+ with a 'H+'. Now from experience with the phone, internet only loads webpages etc with H+, if it's just H it doesnt work. It can still refresh like twitter and youtube in the background with H, but no internet browsing. So I can switch it to 4G, and it works perfectly. Great speeds. Only thing is, most of the time as soon as I switch it to 4G it switches back to 3G on it's own, back to just H, and no internet.
So has anyone else had any experience with this problem? I really need this internet to work for my computer as my home wifi is useless compared to what this 'can' provide. Is there any way to force it to use this 3G+ (H+). I can't do anything to APN's. There's a locked 3Ireland one and therefore I can't edit it, and can't make it use a new one when I make a new one.
Any ideas? I need help as soon as possible.
