AMD Eyefinity - is it possible to force lower resolutions on side screens?

I'm looking to buy a new graphics card for triple screen gaming (race sims). I know that Eyefinity now supports mixed resolution screens but I'm looking to do something slightly different.

I have 3 identical screens but want to run the side screens at a lower resolution (centre at 1280x1024, sides at 800x600). This is what I've done previously with SoftTH and it gave a good increase in FPS and made little difference to the experience. Despite much searching I've not been able to find out if this is possible with CCC and Eyefinity. Does anyone know please?

Thanks for this. Can you force one or two of the monitors to run at lower than native resolutions, while keeping the centre one at native?

Unfortunately when in Eyefinity mode I can't find individual settings for monitors or can turn EDID off so they display only native resolutions. Both of my side monitors are different resolutions and sizes and resolutions are set according to EDID for each monitor.

Thanks again. I've not used Crimson or even CCC for many years. Is it possible to lower the side screen resolutions from the desktop, before going into Crimson to set up Eyefinity?

So when you change the monitor resolutions in Windows 10 does Crimson detect them at the adjusted resolution? And does it allow you to keep the full resolution on the centre screen? Thanks once again.

Sounds good then. I've now ordered a card so will see how much difference it makes. It certainly made the difference between games being playable and not when using SoftTH a few years ago.
