Front USB 3.0 not working?

Hi everyone. I just bought the cooler master HAF XB EVO with the following specs:


CPU: Intel core i5 6600K @3.5ghz(oc @ 4.4Ghz) with a EVO hyper cooling 212.
GPU: GTX 970 4GB ASUS turbo.
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170 HDP3 CF.
PSU is a 650W smart bronze.
Ram: G.skill Ripjaws series V DDR4 16GB (4x4gb)
OS: Windows 10 enterprise.

My problem is that one of the front USB 3.0 ports doesn't work at all but the other works perfectly fine.

I've had the usb front panel cable in both of the usb 3.0 connectors of the mother board with no different result.

If you've verified that it doesn't work for you (and any other onboard USB3.0 header on your board) then it's a point to be made to the place from which you purchased the case and/or to Coolermaster. I'm sure if you can get a hold of them via email/customer support and explain the issue, you'll see Coolermaster ship out a replacement part to your address. It may even be possible your seller will change the case with one that has functioning front panel USB ports since you're yet within warranty.
