Speakers won't work after installing R9-380MSI 4GB-254-Bit

Hello there , i just got this new Gpu and i installed her with her drivers but i notice that my sound is gone and i can hear a weird beep coming from speakers like " iiiiiiiiiiii" yet everything in Realtek works but no sound comes out when i press the TEST button . Also i notice that when i try to plug my headphones it is still the same . Also though , when i plug the speakers on front panel (green jack) it appears that i plugged in Pink jack .. also if i set it in back panel it appears in Yellow Jack-Subwoofer and such. i tried reinstalling the Realtek HD Audio and still nothing .. The noise is still there and i got no idea what to do .. Got somebody any idea what can i do .. ? My Spec:
-R9 380 MSI 4GB.
-MB: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0
-Power supp : CX-500(Chorsair)
-AMD FX-8350
-And monitor Led DVI -

This sounds like a driver conflict.

What was installed before (model of GPU), and when you installed this new GPU....what did you do software-wise? Did you just install the new drivers on top of the existing (old) drivers?

#Geekwad .. i think i did over installed on old ones , before i had an R9-270 2GB OC. Is it possible to be from that.. ? Should i uninstall old gpu drivers and same with the new one ? I'm kinda new in this things .

I would start by uninstalling anything GPU related via 'Programs and Features' in the Control Panel (Catalyst, Crimson, Raptr, Gaming Evolved, etc.).

Make sure to restart each time it prompts you to. Then use this:

Restart.

Then download the latest Crimson WHQL package from AMD directly:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

UPDATE: Sadly it didn't worked . The Beep sound still comes out of my speakers/headphones and nothing happnes . The gpu works perfectly , so do the headphones/speakers configurate there as "working properly " yet a high sound beep comes from them and nothing at all . I'v got no other ideas to try .. :/

Are there any yellow alerts in your Control Panel>Device Manager listing? What drivers is it showing for your audio device(s)?

No , i don't have any . it's giving me this message when i press on the speaker down corner of my screen near clock . " This page is blank because there's no audio device plugged in the system . To activate the GUI please insert an audio device " something like that . Yet my speakers are plugged in and nothing but a higgh static beep comes out of them . i checked maybe its because of the DVI-HDMI cable and Gpu but nope , they are not , in the " Device manager " shows that Realtek HD audio is on. What i don't get is why there's no sound and why when i connect headphones in front panel shows me like they are reverse When i plug the gReen jack for headphone it shows "mic in " and if i plug them in back panel it shows Yellow jack - Subwoofer central and stuff . May i take pictures and show in this topic ? is it possibile ?

Sure, that'd be OK.

What kind of case do you have? Also, can you confirm what the 'Azalia Front Panel' setting in the BIOS is set to currently? Is it [HD] or [AC97]?

What is your default playback device set to? HDMI possibly...make sure it is set to realtek. Good luck!

http://i.imgur.com/P134CIo.png - When i press Sound Test they all work but nothing comes out but an annoying high beep that keeps going . same in headphones same on speakers . i tried them on other PC and they work , i don't get it why now mines don't work .. I have to mention that , after i installed my new Video card , i had to get in BIOS for some reasons because the PC won't start back then ,and i had to press F1 and after i entered in bios and tried to exit i pressed " Save Setting & Reset and Exit " or something like that was the option and after i exit from there sound dissapeared .. Is it possible that the sound might be disabled from bios or something .. ? i really don't get it . Also i see that EVEN if i plug out speakers and headphones and mic's . They still figurate as they are working and they are plugged in yet they Aren't!..
