I just want want upgrade my gpu to nvidia gtx960. Can cooler master 450 watt enough to handle gtx960. Also tell me method how to compute power uses by components.

450W is enough if you use intel i3/i5, but that PSU is a 7 year old design! Get a new one, EVGA G2 550 or XFX TS Gold/Seasonic Gold 550 are recommended, but you can usually get away with a XFX TS 450W (not gold) or Seasonic SST-450 if you need to save money
