I built a computer, it is about a week old and above are the part that I have used. The mother board is an ASUS H110M-C/CSM. The computer has been running perfectly fine for the past week however I last used it at around 1500 (3PM) today. It went into sleep mode and when I attempted to turn it back on it wouldn't work. The case fans/LED lights are working but flickering as well as the light for the mouse that is plugged into the usb through the motherboard. I attempted to use the power button. I pushed it, and held it down for 30 seconds and neither worked. I unplugged the power after shutting off the PSU. When plugged back in and turned on it immediately runs the case fans/leds and the led for the mouse flickers but does not work. I'm thinking that my mobo might have died. Any thoughts? This was my first build

Also the front panel power led is not working either.

Solution
if mouse and led are flickering in the pc then you have bad power. dont try turning the pc on or it may damage some parts.. pull the gpu if there is one and use a test power supply see if the system posts. with the power supply do the green wire to black wire on the 24 pin cable and see if the fan of the unit comes on. then check with a volt meter the outputs. on the 24 volt connector.

I don't have a psu to use as a test. I will probably just take it to a local shop to insure it is the psu (which I would assume it is and hopefully did not cause damage to other parts) and I'll buy a recommended one from them or another computer parts store and install it myself.
