I recently upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 (which is not yet working correctly) but when I go to this webpage http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/support
there's a banner at the bottom saying:
"This is a windows 10 page. You have a previous windows version. Upgrade to Windows 10 for free by July 29, 2016"
What could possobly account for this?
