Hello all, I have just recently built a new pc for Gaming and Photoshop use and internet exploring . Now i have had some issues in the last couple of days. First off here are my specs:
i7 6700K (Non-OC)
ASUS VIII Hero ROG
Deepcool Gamer Storm Captain 240 AIO Liquid Cooling
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Xtreme 4GB (http://www.gigabyte.co.nz/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5682#kf)
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2400Mhz (But it shows as 2133Mhz in bios)
2TB Seagate HDD
240GB Intel SSD(OS installed on)
Windows 7 Professional 64bit OS
900watt inWin Glacier 80 Plus Gold, Semi Modular
At the moment im having general issues with holding a steady frame-rate in any game, i have tried to play many games and see if there is any difference but nope. I have tried playing games from Bioshock infinite, Call of duty BO3, Grand Theft Auto 5, H1Z1, Tomb Raider and even Rocksmith 2014 the list goes on and on. now moving onto the issue itself, Whenever i am playing i am getting really unsteady fps and it feels extremely choppy, i used to own a i7 4790k w/ 8GB Ram and a GTX960 and i was getting much much better performance. Throughout everygame i play its feels really unstable and i should by right clocking over 60FPS in most games, ohh and also it feels really choppy outside of games, Google, Steam, Skype, Facebook etc etc. i have tried to get answers off of google but none were of any help.
If anyone could please help that would be much appreciated.
