how to overclock sapphire r9 270x vapor

New to overclocking. Wanted to know how to do that with my sapphire r9 270x. I am getting around 25 - 40 fps with Overwatch, and was looking to increase that if possible? If OC will not help, is there a graphics card i should upgrade too?

ive got an
i5 4690k,
ripjaw ram,
GA-Z97X-SLI motherboard

Either something is wrong with your PC (heat) or your in game settings are to high (render scale turned past 100 or trying to run everything on ultra) . Your not going to see but a few FPS difference overclocking your card.

On a 1080p monitor you should see about these results.

But your getting the performance like your running it on a 4K monitor.

If it is a heat problem what would be the best solution? another fan? Sorry this was my first build still learning :)
