Hi. So this is my first build. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/nxNQHx

Everything is new so there is no out of date parts. I tried to boot my new computer without graphics card and its working perfectly by straight going to BIOS.

Tried it with GTX 960 from Zotac and its giving me a "Blank Screen". Could someone help me out quick. Been thinking if i need to return my graphics card if its faulty.

So any help would be appreciated guys.

You have to connect your monitor cably to your GPU for it to display anything. If you connect your monitor cable to your motherboard directly, it's gonna use the CPUs internal graphics. The internal graphics get deactivated once you insert your GPU.

For blank screen, there is no signal going out to the monitor when im connecting my GPU to the motherboard. The GPU fans spins for couple of seconds then stops but i think the it has some sort of "Freeze" feature where it spins when its necessary (i think).

As for hooking up VGA cable, Im still connecting the cable to the motherboard when inserting my GPU. As Im connecting to the only one VGA cable on my PC.

Thanks Guys, It worked. For several hours, been trying to find what was wrong with the computer. Thought it might be graphics card. Internet was no help either...

Thanks!
