Amd fx 8320 temperature problem

First of all hello tomshardware community,, how are you all? Today, i'm gonna tell my problem . Plz help me. I recently upgrade my cpu to amd fx 8320 which was I purchased from online . My specification is amd fx 8320 . Msi gtx oc nvidia 760 2gb . 8 gb hyper fury 1866mhz ram . My problem is a cpu temprature . My idle cpu temperature is 40 but when i play games like gta v fallout 4 it rise up to 70 to 75 degree celsius. And my gpu idle temprature is 45 and after playing heavy games it go up to max 84 . And never rise above from 84. My cabinet is very hot after playing demanding games. I want to know that ,, is it normal? The good news is that i did not have any error like blue screen or stuck or any hardware failure . Sorry for my bad english
