From nvidia's website:
Thermal and Power Specs:
98 CMaximum GPU Tempurature (in C)
165 WGraphics Card Power (W)
500 WRecommended System Power (W)**
2x 6-pinsSupplementary Power Connectors

You will be good as long as you have the 2x 6-pin connectors

Any PSU will work with your motherboard, they are all standardized cables. Unless you buy something far-out like a power supply from an ancient prebuilt computer, or anything ancient, it'll all work. Point being, it's not good quality. Bottom-rung of Corsair power supplies. Low-life capacitors and not the type of unit you should want for a $540 GPU like the GTX 980. You want a PSU with better crossloading performance and better build quality.

You should pay for an actual quality PSU. Cheap PSUs are cheap for a reason.
