is gonna be best to avoid a bottleneck?
currently have a i5 4690k @ 45 ...i just built a new system 7 months ago with ddr3 and 1150 chipset..so what is the best i can do for a gamer???
trying to avoid buying new Motherboard/ram

There really isn't anything much better than what you currently have as far as gaming CPUs go. Skylake isn't much faster than Haswell performance wise, so it isn't worth moving to that platform unless you really feel you need DDR4 RAM support or the better I/O on the 100 series chipsets. You could get an i7 4790k, but you'd be spending a lot of money for a rather small performance increase in most games, there are very few titles out right now where having an i7 offers a significant performance boost.
