Computer automatically turns itself on after shut down

After turning my computer off after a couple of seconds it automatically turns itself back on, what I'm currently doing is turning it off at the PSU when it feels like everything has stopped moving and im afraid that this will damage my hard drive or other components

my specs:
intel i5 4690 3.50 GHz
8GB ram
Nvida geforce GT 730
600w PSU
Asus z97m plus

I had this same problem, I didn't think much about it as theres something wrong with the earthing at my apartment. Now a few months later my pc is turning itself on when plugged in, wont post, wont beep, wont display anything. GG

To the OP. I had this issue on 2 PCs. Based on advice here I changed out my PSU and the issue stopped happening. I took the opportunity to upgrade them too since both were stock PSUS and both PCS never had the issue again.

To Xmark123. It may be beyond d PSU now!
