ASUS P6X58D-E
C: Kingston SSD
D:, F:, G: (3 500Gb drive in RAID 5.
Windows 10 Pro.
Computer has been working fine in both Windows 7 and then Windows 10 for the last 4 months.
My UPS died and the computer got the bios cleared with a power cycle.
Now the computer will boot from the C: in AHCI mode. In RAID mode, the Intel RAID manager shows everything normal with the raid set and the non-member drive. Windows give me the 4-box splash and there there is no more disk activity and then INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE and reboots into repair mode. I have run startup repair with no effect. I have also:
1) cleared bios
2) replaced CMOS battery
3) rebooted in AHCI mode and run SFC/ scannow in admin mode. It did find and repair sucessfully
4) scan disk c:
5) System restore to previous
What else can I try to boot in RAID mode from the c: drive and still access my RAID array?
TIA,
Paul
