Building my first rig (always bought prebuilt) and I have some questions to ask. To start off. I didn't list a case because I already have one. Also, I'm not too sure which mobo is better suited for OCing in the near future (don't really care for it right now but sometime down the road I will do it). The power supply I have no idea what to get since when I read online I get mixed answers. So I figured if I make a post with a specific build and intentions maybe I could get a better answer. This PC will be used purely for gaming. Nothing else. Not even surfing the net. I also have an SSD I will use as a boot drive. I will be using a 65" 1080 TV so I assume the 970 card will be enough to play most games at ultra.

Edit: My budget was about $1000 although if it goes slightly over, let's say 100-200 over I might not care too much as long as there was a good reason to go over.
