*warning* first time pc build.

I made this list a while ago now, and its at this time where i have the money to make this a possibility. I wanted a pc that will be able to run games at medium to high settings, and is also capable of doing everyday email, internet use.As i made this a while ago, will this pc struggle nowadays and are there any improvements that would provide better value for money? My budget was around £775, and when i made this the parts came to £708, although i would like to have change from £775. I want a pc thats good now. And one that will hopefully be good in the short term future.

people are likeely going to drop in here & tell you to wait for the 1070 mate,Im going to say no to that idea - at the minute the 1080 has dropped with a crazy price of 620 quid, the rrp of the 1070 when it releases is 399,& I would say it is more than likely be over 400 quid.
