will an i5 6600k bottle neck a gigabyte g1 gaming 980 ti under 4k gaming?

i am planning a build (first build) and i just wanted to know whether a gigabyte g1 gaming 980ti will be bottenecked by my core i5 6600k under 4k gaming settings
also is my psu enough for sli down the road
my specs

cpu: core i5 6600k
mobo: gigabyte z170x gaming 6
gpu: gigabyte g1 gaming 980 ti
cpu cooler: corsair h100i
ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
hdd: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
psu: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Nope, the 6600k is enough to drive that card, but you should get a GTX 1080 instead, a sinlge one does pretty good in 4k, there is no point on getting a 980 ti these days, 750W would be a little low to my taste for a 980 ti SLI build, but two 1080's require less power, 750W is plenty for those.
