Need help with this water cooling system

My water cooling tube just popped at the corner and im wondering why this is happening since i won this pc in a giveaway almost 2 weeks ago and it is pretty new. I need advice on how to replace the tube and i need judgement on the rest of the water cooling system from these pics. http://imgur.com/b01ZfOj

if you got it two weeks ago contact who built the system and ask them if they can fix there brand new build. I know if I built something I wouldn't want people knowing I build bad systems.

Yeah they told me that it seemed to them that the pump wasnt working so i have to order new tubes and a bending kit to replace the broken one. I don't mind since i got this PC completely free. Thanks for the answer
